Located in Perth, Western Australia, The Instrumental Community Orchestras are a volunteer-run organisation designed to offer friendly, relaxed an un-auditioned ensemble opportunities for young and old. The volunteers belong to at least one of orchestras groups, The Awkwardstra, The Dorkestra and the String Beans (for youths), and their passion for their instrument is second to none. We are honoured to have some of the musicians from Awkwardstra and Dorkestra volunteer to play for us at this year's Empty Bowls event conducted by maestro Daemon Clark.
